Job Process:
We build for a wide range of clients.
For some clients handle every aspect
of the entire project, from breaking
ground to moving in. We also have
many clients who want to handle one
or more tasks themselves, such as
landscaping or painting. We want our
customers to be able to participate in
the process if they desire to do so. We
can accommodate just about anything! |
Billing & Payments:
Except for the initial deposit you will
never pay for anything in advance. We
give each client a detailed cost break-
down at the beginning of each job,
which
is what we base our billing on.
You only
pay for the work that is complete.
We
have three separate types of billing
arrangements, each of which is tailored
to each individual client’s needs.
1. Fixed contract price with selection
allowances
2. Cost to build plus a percentage
3. Fixed contractors fee plus costs |
